The location in a ski area was favourable and lovely and there were a supermarket and stores nearby. My great-sized room included very comfy bed, central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television. The staff were amazingly friendly and pretty friendly the whole time.

The location was best possible, just off Zermatt until late in the evening and Tasch for one night and the main tourist attraction. It also was down valley. I loved the Swiss cuisine served in the attached restaurant.

The room was exceptionally good with an exceptionally comfortable bed and down pillows. Unbeatable location, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. Liked the fairly quiet area.

The staff are fabulously friendly and fairly friendly, managed the parking on site.

This hotel is located right next to the train station. It is well constructed and we could not hear the trains, despite being able to see them from our room.

The hotel is undergoing major alterations and additions. I suspect these will continue for the rest of the year. The hotel has a sauna and hot tub but too much chlorine is used in the hot tub to the extent that the air burns your eyes and throat. We could not stay in the tub more than 5 minutes.

Friendly staff and close proximity to train station to go to Zermatt - Matterhorn.

Spotless and new-fashioned rooms with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. Particularly good location for Tasch, short walk to the supermarket and the Tasch railway station and other ski areas. Fantastic food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity.

The hotel provides well-presented meals. The atmosphere of the venue is Alpine. Stunning and great location - lovely to relax in after a day's skiing.

There were lovely romantic and brand-new rooms with comfortable beds. Location: the hotel was right by the supermarket, and the railway station to Zermatt...

The rooms here got a nice upgrade not long ago - they're all fresh, cozy, and come with fluffy feather pillows. You'll also get some pretty awesome views from them. 🏞️ When it comes to food, the options were top-notch and really tasty. The whole vibe of this place is super alpine, which adds a cool touch to your stay.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being right next to the train station. It made accessing Zermatt so easy and convenient, with just a short train ride. The rooms offered a cozy and comfortable stay, with some even having balconies overlooking the railway tracks and the majestic mountains. Standing there in the fresh air was simply amazing. The breakfast provided at this hotel was outstanding. It was laid out in its entirety, even when the hotel was busy, ensuring that guests had a plentiful selection of delicious food to start their day. The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating, treating guests like family and providing excellent service.

All aspects of this hotel were ok, nothing to complain about.
